PURCHASE CONDITIONS AT FILIPA SOUSA BY BLUE:

Product availability:
All products and/or services available at Filipa Sousa by Blue can be purchased, except in cases of stock shortages or limitations, as well as for made-to-order products, whose availability may vary. Products may become unavailable without prior notice, but in such circumstances, they will be duly identified on the Filipa Sousa by Blue website .

If the product becomes unavailable after the purchase has been completed, Filipa Sousa by Blue undertakes to contact the customer, by phone or email, as quickly as possible in order to expedite the process.

Fees and taxes:
At Filipa Sousa by Blue, the prices shown are in Euros (€), and the applicable VAT and taxes are applied in accordance with current law and are already included in the price shown.

Order cancellation:
The customer may cancel an order while it is being processed. Please inform Filipa Sousa by Blue via the following email address: info@filipasousabyblue.com, or through another alternative channel (WhatsApp or Messenger).
If a cancellation request is made after the order has been shipped, it will be sent for delivery and the customer may choose to refuse it. Filipa Sousa by Blue is not responsible for any delays in processing order cancellations.

Filipa Sousa by Blue reserves the right not to process requests or refunds in cases of data inconsistency, fraud or customer misconduct, as well as for technical issues beyond the control of Filipa Sousa by Blue . Right of Withdrawal: The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

If the customer wishes to cancel the contract, they may do so by emailing info@filipasousabyblue.com or by filling out the contact form available on the Filipa Sousa by Blue website. When cancelling the contract within the legal timeframe, in addition to returning the product, the customer must return any gifts that accompany the main product.

Filipa Sousa by Blue will reimburse the amount paid within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days after receiving the returned order accompanied by the purchase invoice, proof of payment and return form. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer for the initial payment, except in situations of express agreement where the customer does not incur any costs as a consequence of the refund. Any refund procedure will be processed as provided for in the legislation in force in Decree-Law No. 24/2014.

Disclaimer:
By creating and using an account on Filipa Sousa by Blue, the customer is responsible for maintaining the account, its confidentiality, and all activity originating from their account. By creating a user account and placing orders, the customer expressly and unequivocally accepts the Terms and Conditions in their most up-to-date version.

Filipa Sousa by Blue is not responsible for any information disclosed by third parties, technical failures, or any other problems that prevent access to and proper functioning of the online store.
