At Filipa Sousa by Blue , returning a product is easy, fast, and simple.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your new purchase, please contact us via email at info@filipasousabyblue.com or through other alternative channels (WhatsApp or Messenger).
After receiving your email, our team will promptly address your situation.

Try our products in the comfort of your home and, if necessary, you will have 14 days from the date of receipt of the item to request an exchange or return.

You can return it to our store, R. Miguel Torga nº28, 4835-077 Guimarães , free of charge, or request a pickup at your home , workplace, or a preferred address, on a day and time convenient for you.

All returns are subject to verification to ensure products are in good condition. Items must be returned new, unused, with original tags and in their original packaging, along with the corresponding purchase receipt. If the products meet our quality criteria, we will issue a refund.

Returns of products that do not meet our return policy will not be accepted and will not be refunded.

To ensure customer satisfaction, we provide a tracking number for you to follow the progress of your return. The return refund does not cover shipping or insurance costs related to sending the return. These shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

If your order originates from a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are not refundable. However, you may be able to recover them by contacting the relevant customs authorities.

The refund will be free of charge and will include the product(s) you are returning, but will not include shipping and taxes. All return costs (shipping and packaging) are the responsibility of the customer.
During sales or price reductions, the customer will be fully responsible for the shipping costs (purchase and/or return).
